The nose knows...

Just when you think science couldn’t get any weirder... it does.

Apparently our breathing has a periodicity of 4 hours and switches between the left and right nostrils. Whilst breathing through the left nostril, we excel in tasks that are primarily verbal and breathing through the right nostril allows us to excel in tasks that are primarily spatial.

Am I making it all up? Err, no.
